From all RE games with Tyrants, who do you think is the best TYRANT of them all and in which form?

Willie's mutant name is G, not a TYRANT.
I had some doubt's about NEMESIS being a TYRANT, since he's one that mekes himreally NUMER 1

Nemesis is a tyrant, he is a new genetic tyrant developed by Umbrella Europe sent out to hunt down the remaining STARS members

Nemesis was supposed to be the most terrifying tyrant of all since he could bear more shots and run after you from room to room, not to mention his tentacle and ability to hold the Rocket launcher (no wonder he's named the nemesis) so as his theme was supposed to be the scariest, but this screamer isn't half as scary as Mr.X original who walks calmly with quite a speed and is silent. It's just like a poet once said to a king when the king was shocked to see such a great man as him is short:
