Sure. A good Wesker wouldn't fit in the story to give it the good quality it has right now

Not as good and exciting as when he was Evil Example in CVX, he wouldnt have kicked Claire's ass, i assume he would have been an gentle man :?

Nah, A nice family Man Wesker would be cool :P OH, Idea! There IS a movie called Family Man with Nicholas cage, imagine him as wesker, just think of all the possibilities, Wesker Making toast and building bycycles. :P

Wesker would never have had any kids, and if he would he would probably had laid more time on his virus samples then on them :P
